Since its inception in 1988, CHEMICAL PROCESS ENGINEERS have been assisting the process industry in small, medium and large-scale, in building up in-house expertise in process, equipment and project development, modernization, scaling-up, project execution and trouble shooting.
Short-term assignments, successfully carried out to trouble-shoot specific areas in existing plants have resulted in long term association with most of our clients.
Ability to scale-up processes from laboratory or pilot-scale to industrial / commercial level is our basic strength. To ensure smooth implementation of such scale-up, we provide back-up services including R & D management, planning & designing of experiments, literature / document survey, cost-benefit analysis and detailed engineering. This is pictorially depicted against concept to commissioning.
Process engineering and detailed engineering activities carried out by us are adequately backed up by drawings on AUTOCAD 2-D and 3-D which helps in ensuring that equipments are manufactured in compliance with process design. Equipment layout and piping are carried out according to our design and site conditions. A glance through specimen drawings prepared by us for some of our projects enables one to understand the extent of detailing undertaken by us.

Optimally sized CHEMIPROR range of process equipments, viz. high efficiency vacuum distillation systems, high efficiency scrubbers, high efficiency thermic fluid heaters, solvent recovery systems and optimally sized heat exchangers are now available to the chemical and process industry.
Process Engineering assistance is provided by our team of chemical engineers who are responsible for taking a project through the stages of finalizing the Process Flow Diagram ( PFD), Process & Instrumentation Diagram ( P & ID), Mass and Energy Balance Diagrams.
Detailed Engineering is a key function of our organization which ensures that principles of Chemical and Process Engineering are satisfactorily implemented in the commercial scale operation. Detailed Engineering services are looked after by our team of mechanical engineers.
Our engineers play an active role during inspection, installation and commissioning to ensure that objectives committed during design are achieved. Assistance in areas of Electrical and Civil Engineering are provided by our Associate Consultants on a need basis.
